Hi, I'm Macy.
I’m a slightly awkward, former Pokémon Master-turned-writer born in the Philippines, raised in New Zealand, currently living in Germany amongst some of the best bread rolls I’ve ever had in my life. In my free time I enjoy reading, binge-watching Netflix series and vehemently defending my decision to avoid basic mathematical equations. That being said, I don’t often have free time these days as I’ve also pushed a tiny human outta me and spend most of my waking hours making sure his butt is clean.
Since 2010, I have published articles with Thought Catalog, Elite Daily, Stuff.co.nz, Neat Places, I Hate Coffeeee and several student-run publications waaaay back in the day when you could still get away with paying me in the form of 2 minute noodle packages.
